End of 2011
This year has been good to me in many ways than 2010. I gained friends and left ones that needed to be weeded out. - I traveled a lot: went to Vancouver (my awesome brother and his kids) in the spring and in the fall went to Philadelphia (and parts of New Jersey(Jeff and Cliff)), D.C. and across Niagara Falls for an epic wedding (Ryan and Britte). - I worked on RvBTO this year like nobody's business and it was a great success. I also realized that I need to take some time off: it was my last run in full force running RvBTO and also my reign in Sbux. - Celebrated my 5th anniversary with John and got to celebrate it on top of Toronto (CN Tower's restaurant 360). - This year was quite a bit of soul searching and to realize that what I did in the past is something I can't change. It will still haunt me but I should just deal with it and move forward. I'm glad I quit when I did. It made me feel less jaded and most of all angry. I really felt unhappy for along time and I just needed the support and the acceptance from myself and everyone that mattered to me. - I had chunks of my hair from red to purple (a great job on it too thanks to my awesome hairstylist). - Saw some of my friends get in engaged and some of them had a baby. - didn't get too many weird sickness as 2010 but the right ear deafness thing isn't cool... AT ALL. I still get it from time to time but not as bad when I was in Philly. - Cleaned out a good chunk of my room and it felt good. I still have my desk to tackle (again). -Also read in total of 5 novels this year (thanks sbux for sucking my soul and not have the comprehension to read whenever I want to) So as the last day of 2011 with no job but at least I still live at home, have great handful (and more) of friends all over the world and am pretty content. Where am I celebrating? No where just home with John possibly playing Killer Bunnies or end up watching/playing Skyrim. As for 2012: To be more epic as 2011 and not a suck ass like 2010. - hope to travel more and see more RvB friends besides here in Toronto - get a job that I won't rip my hair out and have benefits again - keep moving forward - read more than 5 novels - move out and get a dog Happy 2012 everyone! |
