Half-Blood Prince
My goodness, where to start... Well, I'll start out by saying that I enjoyed the movie. I don't get super put-off by movies that differ from the books, so long as the movies are themselves good. I definitely enjoyed this movie. The composer seemed to take some musical cues (Ha!) from Howard Shore in some areas, and the cinematography has become much more dynamic. Some very interesting visual effects in this one. My favorite part of the whole movie, though, was the subtlety of young Tom Riddle's acting. Bravo. Also, Alan Rickman's Snape. But that goes without saying. |
