Stillwater Road Trip

Going to the Horns game against Oklahoma State up in Stillwater this weekend. Staying in a dorm room right across the street from the stadium. I'll be there Friday and Saturday nights.

For those who haven't seen me in a while, I have grown out my hair and will be sporting my trademark mullet and cape at the game.

Yeah I haven't done any origami in a while. =( That's awesome you're playing the keyboard. You'll get better it just takes lots of practice. I started piano lesson again. Farting eh? lol Hope you're getting some relief. =)

Alright dude. Seems my travel plans have changed again, for the MNC.

At first, I had reserved a flight through kayak.com. It went through Orbitz. Got it cheap. $279 total.

Problem, was that I had not flown since '98, pre-9/11, I completely forgot about the strict requirements. My birth name, does not match my social security name. I had to have SSec, adjust my name, for the purposes of entering the Air Force back in the mid 80's.

Therefore, when I placed the reservation, I went by my legal name, according to social security. My drivers license name, is as you know with Texas DMV, a.k.a. D.P.S., under my birth name. I therefore contacted both T.S.A and United Airways, the air carrier the reservation was with, and they both said no go.

I then decided to just drive out there. That's when my friend who I am a season ticket holder with, said I could use one of his SW Airlines rapid rewards credit.

This time, we did it under the correct drivers license name.

So, I leave El Paso on the morning of the 6th, arrive in Santa Ana, John Wayne Airport - Orange Co., at 12:35p.m.

I leave Cali from same airport on Friday at 5:00 p.m.

Call me, and let's see if we can meet up on Wednesday or Thursday before the game.
