How to you guys get your work out/exercise/cardio? Who runs? Who goes to the gym? Who does weights? Yoga? Who does other stuff? I'm trying to come up with my next survival post (on the subject of rule #1, cardio), and wondering what cardio works for you people. Do you think what you do is working? Thanks for your input!
