Heh.
So I mention Nullas III and somehow didn't expect people to ask me what went on? Silly Silly Baz. Lots happened. one of the stand-out events in my mind was at the start of the con. I had just gotten off the bus to the convention centre and decided to check in to the convention first. Good thing I did too, because I'd just gone past the main desk and was about to walk past the group of people camped on the couch when I saw them talking to an old guy. Strange, why come to a con to stand outside of it talking to an old guy talking about the sword he made... Oh. Oops. That would be Terry. My surprised realisation got a cheeky grin from a couple of people already sitting there. So I stood and listened to him talk about making the sword while going through the goody bag I had gotten. I hope Terry doesn't think poorly of the idiot reading the program in front of him while talking....... Oops again. As people kept filing in, more and more people noticed us there and it got to the point that we were blocking the entrance to the hall and everyone was hanging around. Leading to many jokes about "Hey, let's have the convention here" and in the background people already in the con at the earlier events blissfully unaware of what was happening out the front. But it basically just became a big conversation, We all asked Terry questions of course, but he asked us a couple too. Was cool. |
