Huh.
Okay, so I'm not particularly sensitive - I can appreciate humor that some consider offensive. But an ad for an Android tablet from a company in Taiwan may cross a line...

Action Pad Taiwan commercial

A Steve Jobs impersonator, complete with angel wings and a halo, is talking about how great a new tablet is, and how wonderful it is he can 'finally play a different pad'.

I don't really have a problem with the impersonation of a dead guy. I have a problem with using Steve Jobs to sell something he considered to be something he would ' fight until my dying breath' - am I just being stodgy?

Hi again. So we picked the black kitty. She was soooo friendly and affectionate, we couldn't say no. We wanted two, but when we got to the other shelter, kitty #2 was already taken. We had second thoughts about kitty #3 because of the possible bengal in her and their behavior issues (need more attention like a dog and VERY mischievous and intelligent). So we opted for the one below. (They have names, but we'll be changing them.) We should have them both by next weekend.

I know. We're going to look at the first two tomorrow (at different shelters). The black one was described as mellow and a cuddler. The second one is very shy, but just came to the shelter recently. Those two might do ok together - would try to bring them home on the same day so neither is the "established" cat. The third one looks like it's part bengal, which might or might not be trouble. That one is described as very playful. We'll see. : )
