I've decided...
...that my wedding ring doesn't way too heavily on my finger. On the other hand, the food from Bali weighs heavily on the stomach. After a week of 22 people in Bali forgetting they can't drink water out of the tap, or drunkenly swallowing pool water (swim up bar ftw), you get used to talking about each others bowel movements as part of general conversation. Other than Bali belly, the whole wedding and holiday was great, although I have decided that jet skiing in a choppy ocean is not for me. Lots of cocktails in the pool, by the pool, in the foyer, in the room, by the sea and in the local restaurants. Pretty dress, flowers, shoes, hair, a nice tan. Dad got to have time off for the first time in years, and his first trip overseas. I even came back with a husband...... Hope everyone is doing swimmingly! <3 and non-invasive gropage, Manda xx |
