Yeah, I'm really hoping I have time to do a show or two while I'm there. I'm curious to see how my acting measures up to their California standards - I feel like I could learn a lot while I'm there.
Duly noted. =) May I ask what writing projects you're working on?
I've been in a few one acts, primarily. My favorite was a production called "Stop Kiss". It was a lot of fun.
Game design? That's really nifty. Do you have any goals/aspirations for companies you'd like to someday work for? Let me know how LA treats you. I might end up down there in a couple years once I graduate. :)
Nice. =) Drama, comedy? (Or artsy?) I definitely want to try and get into some amateur theatre in LA; I had a ton of fun doing theatre in college, and I kind of miss it. Not sure if that's a good sign or not.
Still trying to decide between academia and industry. I'm interested partly in educational games, and partly in game adaptations of film and other source material. And I'll definitely let you know. I'm going into a 3 year program, so I should be there at least for a while. Too early to suggest coffee?
Doing pretty well. Just graduated, so right now, I'm spending time with friends at home and gearing up for grad school. How about you? How's your theatre stuff going?
Not too bad, I suppose - school's rough, but I'm learning a lot, and I can't really complain. I've decided on a double major - materials science/engineering, and comparative media studies. How's school for you?
ohhhhhh no. time away from the department is always good time. refreshing change of pace. that's why i'm glad i don't work with any other theatre majors.
