Minimalist
So I've decided to stop running the way I used to run. I used to get injured too much. Since getting injured sucks, I've decided to change my style of running altogether. I just bought a pair of minimalist shoes to force me to take more steps with smaller strides. People don't lie when they say you need to re-teach yourself how to run if you don't already run like this. My calves and shins are so tight today. I need to get some Icyhot and just feel the amazing fire-n-tingle feeling. That being said, I'm signing up for "Run for your lives" in Indianapolis on June 23. It's only 5k, but it's a race where you're chased by zombies during the race. I really think it's gonna be a good time and a few of my fellow classmates are gonna join me. So this is going to be one good time of running from zombies and getting in shape. If anyone from RT has ever done one of these, let me know what to expect!
