Are you into Wings fan whatsoever? I know you're a Lions fan.

If so, I'm thinking of trying to get a group to go see them play sometime here in the next month or so. Mostly my real life friends like Mongopwn, but so also slvrwhispr, so you wouldn't be the non-RT member there.

congrats on your day of being born btw! (i don't celebrate, but you get the idea) Also, if a girl wants to drop the locks, why not? I bet its a pain in the ass when its hot outside. not to mention if you wake up with crazy hair in the morning like yours truly - and my hair isn't that long. lol. i bet this look with glasses on is amazing!

I'd say get them. They may feel weird at first, but you'll never want to run in anything else. It feels like wearing rubber soled feet. Good Luck with your Half-Marathon! My Half is mid Oct.

Yes, I've been training in them. It's very different from running in shoes and it really encourages you to run like you're barefoot. I'm not going to lie, you'll get blisters if you run in them like running shoes. My legs have gotten used to it, but there is a muscle group between the Soleus Muscle and bottom fibula (meets the ankle) that never gets worked out with regular shoes.

I was tense around that area for about 4 - 5 days.
