Cleaned my Xbox 360....
and have had noticeable results along the lines of running much smoother without having to worry about the CD tray stopping from ejecting, or getting randomly Disk Read Error... Lemme put it this way, this 360 hasn't ran this good since ever.... SERIOUSLY!! Now that said, I'm totally going to do this case mod because I think it's a pretty badass mod and why not, I've already voided the warranty just by taking it apart to clean it.... oh, and apparently it ran out on October 18th 2008.... So the mod that I'm looking at doing is here and the main reason I'm thinking about it is because of it being pretty cool and it would let me know if it's getting over heated.... also with the case being clear I've been playing with the idea of modding the CD Drive so it would have a see-through cover... but the only one that's sold for Samsung (the DVD drive I have) looks like this. Not entirely sure I want that look, but we'll see... only other option is to take the current case I have for the drive and get some plexiglass and make my own cover... which I've been considering... but I don't really know if I want to do that... but everyone likes custom parts.... we'll see.... Oh, and bonus is that I could mod the case I have on my 360 right now and maybe either sell it or put it on a friends 360....Totally going to have some fun with that though.
