Yeah that's one of the reasons I bought a back up wired headset as well. I used it for about 4-5 hours yesterday and it was awesome. The voice sounded great and it could pic up my voice way better than the wired ones. The only complaint I have so far is it agitates my ear after that long of a session.

I don't know if it's federal or not. Just know it's a credit union. But all financial institutions are supposed to follow the patriot act guidelines.
